In ToBoMin, open My profile → Privacy & account data → Delete account. Review the explanation, type DELETE when asked, and confirm. Deletion is permanent; deactivation only hides your account temporarily.
Cannot sign in? Request deletion by email
Email the ToBoMin team from your registered email address and ask to delete your account and associated data. We verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send passwords, identity documents or private photos. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
Retention and deletion
Verification selfies and answers are scheduled for deletion 30 days after a review decision. Pending applications retain their evidence while awaiting review. Account deletion immediately hides your profile and queues removal of your account, photos, matches and private messages. Post and comment text remains attributed to “Deleted user”, without a profile link or photo. Retained posts do not gain a wider audience. Cleanup normally completes immediately; interrupted jobs retry daily. Account-linked administrative records and the deletion request are removed when cleanup completes. Other administrative logs are limited to 90 days. Infrastructure backups follow the configured provider retention schedule and are not instantly overwritten by an individual account deletion.
